2023 Pre-Symposium Trainings

The symposium offers a training course to better support attendee understanding of the program's content. The training course is designed to create a very basic level of understanding of the issues discussed throughout the symposium. The training course is for in-person attendees only; there will not be a virtual option available. 


101 Training Course

This interactive course aims to engage participants in a dialogue and provide them with a practical understanding of real-world applications of noise and emissions and how they fit into the complex picture of environmental management, flight operations, and air navigation. The course is broken into several modules, each with a unique focus. Participants in the course will walk away with a fundamental understanding of the subjects, allowing them to fully engage in the general conference sessions confident in their knowledge of the subjects.
