How to Virtually Attend

This year's symposium is held through a virtual event platform, Pheedloop. Pheedloop is an event software like Zoom that will allow you to watch the virtual sessions live and interact with the presenters or other attendees. You will also have the opportunity to watch the recordings of sessions after they have concluded if you are unable to watch them live.

We recommend you watch the Pheedloop Platform Tutorial Video below before the symposium to help you get the best experience as an attendee. In the tutorial video, Pheedloop covers topics such as:

  • Benefits of attending virtual events
  • Logging in and basic virtual event portal navigation
  • Session participation, chat, personalization, check-in surveys and streaming
  • Exhibit hall participation, chat, live video booths, private conversations
  • Networking one-on-one, group networking, push notifications
  • Event-specific help, and troubleshooting
  • NOTE: Gamification as described in the video is not included in this symposium
  • Access to the demo event environment for testing and gaining familiarity
