Registration Categories – Which one am I?
- General - Airports/Airport Roundtable/Airport Commission/ Airport Authority/ Industry/ Consultant/ Airlines
- This category includes but is not limited to consultants, airline employees, and law groups, as well as airports, including airport commissions, noise officers, roundtables, and authorities. This category is also for general attendees who do not fit into the Government/Academic/Non-profit or the Grassroots Community category.
- Government/Academic/Non-profit
- Attendees in this category work for a government agency, a university or other academic institution, or a non-profit organization.
- Grassroots Community Advocate
- Attendees in this category are members of community organizations or individual community advocates who will not be reimbursed. A grassroots community is a group of people who come together to address issues or advocate for change at the local level to implement change at the local, regional, national, or international levels.
At the Symposium – Know Before You Go
- How do I get to the conference space?
- From the main floor, take the escalators near the Promenade Shops Walkway to the third floor Executive Conference Center Rooms. A map can be found in the event program, which will be sent to registered attendees the Friday before the Symposium.
- Asking questions during the sessions:
- We will be collecting questions exclusively through Slido, rather than via a microphone. Both in-person and remote participants can submit questions using the Slido code assigned to each session, which is listed next to the session title on the detailed agenda pages of the event program and on the title slide for each presentation.
